Food to be desired

Greetings fellow food lovers!
Food is a great passion of mine. Being able to enjoy the five tastes, feeling the different textures of food and smelling the fragrant fumes that lingers in your mouth is such a blissful feeling that I want to share with everyone.
I'm usually more of a critic than a actual cook, but recently I've been experimenting with a few recipes that have been quite successful so in due time I'll like to share that with everyone as well. But if you're a Melbournian I like to share restaurants, cafe's and bars with you.
