Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 green apple (cored, diced)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 45 seconds until creamy.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Add ice or frozen fruits for a chilled texture.
