A simple, refreshing detox drink made with apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt to support digestion, hydration, and natural weight loss.

- 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 12 ounces warm filtered water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until comfortably warm, not hot.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt to the glass.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- If desired, stir in raw honey for a touch of sweetness.
- Add cinnamon and fresh ginger if using.
- Stir thoroughly and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
- Always dilute apple cider vinegar to protect tooth enamel.
- Use a straw to minimize contact with teeth.
- Start with 1 teaspoon of ACV if you’re new to it and gradually increase.
- Best consumed first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.
