Description

A simple, refreshing detox drink made with apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt to support digestion, hydration, and natural weight loss.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 12 ounces warm filtered water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the filtered water until comfortably warm, not hot.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt to the glass.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  4. If desired, stir in raw honey for a touch of sweetness.
  5. Add cinnamon and fresh ginger if using.
  6. Stir thoroughly and sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • Always dilute apple cider vinegar to protect tooth enamel.
  • Use a straw to minimize contact with teeth.
  • Start with 1 teaspoon of ACV if you’re new to it and gradually increase.
