This quick and fiery morning shot blends fresh pineapple juice, raw apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cayenne pepper to kickstart digestion and metabolism—perfect for busy mornings and natural fat-burning support.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger juice (or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: juice of ½ lemon, ½ teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small glass or jar.

Notes
